Doctor Phillips

For this project in Doctor Phillips, we designed and installed a clean, minimalist landscape that provides both beauty and privacy. A tall, dense Spartan Junipers creates a natural green screen, while the vibrant bloomage of Alaskan Azaleas adds seasonal color and softness along the garden edge. Fresh St. Augustine grass completes the space with a lush, inviting texture—bringing together simplicity, elegance, and tranquility for the homeowner’s outdoor retreat.

Winter Park

For this newly built Mid-Century–inspired home in Winter Park, the landscape design was driven by the architecture’s clean geometry and the natural grade of the property. The front yard featured a gradual slope down toward the street, so a tiered landscape with a low retaining wall was created to introduce structure, definition, and a sense of arrival. This approach allowed the space to be leveled, creating usable landscape tiers while visually elevating the home from the curb.

The focal point of the design is a stunning American Fringe Tree, positioned to soften the architecture with its delicate, airy white blooms. Complementing the tree is a rhythmic arrangement of ornamental grasses, adding texture, movement, and seasonal color. Low-profile path lighting draws the eye toward the entry while highlighting the plantings and accentuating the modern concrete walkway.

By combining a thoughtful plant palette with structural landscape elements, this design enhances the home’s clean lines and creates an inviting balance of simplicity, elegance, and curb appeal—perfectly aligned with the Mid-Century aesthetic.

Lake Delaney 

For this stunning historic bungalow in Downtown Orlando, the goal of the landscape design was to highlight the charm and architecture of the home using Florida-friendly native and adaptive plant selections. By thoughtfully layering color, texture, and seasonal interest, the design creates an inviting sense of arrival and enhances the home's curb appeal year-round.

The planting palette features Pink Muhly Grass, chosen for its soft, airy plumes that create movement and a dramatic blush of color in the fall. Oakleaf Hydrangeas provide bold, sculptural foliage and large white blooms that echo the bungalow’s classic character. Anchoring the design is an Eastern Redbud Tree, adding height, shade, and a striking seasonal display of pink blossoms in early spring.

Together, these plant selections frame the home beautifully—softening architectural edges, guiding the eye toward the front entry, and celebrating the timeless charm of this historic property. This design not only elevates the visual appeal of the bungalow but also supports sustainable, regionally appropriate landscaping that thrives in the Florida climate.

Winter Garden

For this project, I transformed a standard Lennar builder backyard into a private resort-style sanctuary. The design features a sleek modern pool and elevated spa, complemented by fire bowls and soft ambient lighting to create an intimate atmosphere. Thoughtfully placed plantings and hardscape elements guide the space, blending function and beauty. What was once a basic yard is now a luxurious escape—perfect for relaxing, entertaining, and enjoying outdoor living at its best.
